CUSTOM WEDDING
Hi! Hello! Nice to meet you!
Usually we meet via email, phone or in person if you are in Austin. We will discuss your needs and overall budget. A quote will be calculated and presented to you after our first meeting, along with the production schedule. If you say ''Yes'' we will get to work. A 50% deposit of your total quote will be due before we begin. This is not refundable!
The wonderful thing about a custom designed wedding invitation suite is that anything is possible. Our goal is to make your suite as unique as the two of you !
PROOF
A final design proof will be delivered to you for your approval. At this time it is important that you review all spelling, grammar, punctuation and event information. Your approval at this stage finalizes the design before it is printed and your layout is considered final. The remainder of this balance is due at this time. Yay!! We are almost done!
DESIGN
The Victrola Team will come up with three separate design ideas based on the information you give us. After we review the ideas together and you make a choice in which direction you want to go we will refine the design until perfect.
PRINTING & SHIPPING
All printing and production will be handled in house. Your order will delivered four weeks after finalizing the design unless other arrangements are made.
INVESTMENT
All our stationery is hand illustrated and printed in Austin, Texas. A fully custom designed wedding invitation suite starts from $13/set for 100 sets of invitations printed in 1- color screen printed on your paper of choice. One standard set includes a 5 x 7 invitation, reply card or save the date with save - the - date envelope and an outer envelope with return address.The per set estimate is based on a quantity of 100 sets. The price may decrease or increase depending on the quantity ordered. If you are wanting more colors and or torn edges on your paper choice the price will increase. Please get in contact if you other questions or concerns regarding the price!

FAQ'S
How does this work?
Please contact us to begin the custom design process. We recommend you get started five to six months before your wedding date, this is only if you have already sent out your save the date cards. If you haven't and plan to, please contact us asap to get started. Shorted timelines can be accommodated on a case by case bases.
How long witll this take?
The design and production timeline for custom invitation is ten to four weeks before your mailing date. We like to finish two weeks in advance of your invitation mailing date to give you plenty of time to assemble, address and mail. All our stationery is handmade in our Austin, Texas studio.
What's my mailing date?
Your invitation mailing date is usually 4-6 weeks from your wedding date. If many of your guests are travelling for your wedding, we suggest sending your invitaion 6-8 weeks in advance of your wedding date. For the save the dates, your mailing date is usually 8-12 months before your wedding date.
