Well no one really knows. All i can tell you is to try and stay calm and present for yourself and those around you. Unfortunately apart from the basics such as cleanliness, and social distancing there is nothing else we can do. Think of it like getting on an airplane, once aboard all we have are ourselves and our thoughts. One can chose to freak out and imagine the worst which infact has a direct effect on others around us which in turn creates more anxiety. This situation is not easy for any of us, in fact it's a lot worse for others that you have no awareness of. Try to be kind to yourself and in turn others. In fact send someone you love a card, or just write them a little note to let them know you're thinking of them.
