Usually ships everything via The United States Post Office which makes things
inexpensive & relatively fast. If you would like insurance or delivery confirmation
or you would like things sent via UPS or FEDEX please reach out so we can assist you.
We can ship to any country of origin but cannot be responsible for missing or
stolen items. Sorry!
Please allow five to seven business days for items to ship & possibly additional time
if we don't have the product in stock.
(international delivery please allow 2 - 4 weeks)
Return & Exchange Policy
We gladly accept returns and exchanges. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item/s.
Victrola Design Studio doesn't accept cancellations but feel free to reach out if you have any
problems with your order.

We will issue you a refund on your return, however shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Returns need to be well-packed and insured for the full price of the item. Exchanges abetted if the item was a gift.
